| They are setting up on this well to frac it probably Tuesday,3/20/18. They have a lined pit for containment of frac fluids. This is an Oil well that was drilled 9/30/2014 and has been hooked up to produce gas but not oil, no rods, tubing or pump jack are on the well. Oil production has been being reported for this well but averaged with group 2. I spoke with Dick Pascarella from MSL about not reporting oil production on a well that isn't equipped to produce oil and also recommended permitting the wells as combo wells oil and gas when getting new permits for wells they plan to sell gas from.

| This is a combination well that was in production at the time of inspection. The operator has graded off the location and filled in the pit. The disturbed area has been seeded and mulched. No spills or leaks are noted on this site.

2705909 Primary Facility 2018-03-15 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They are setting up on this well to frac it probably Tuesday,3/20/18.
2712096 Primary Facility 2018-03-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a combination well that was in production at the time of inspection. The operator has graded off the location and filled in the pit. The disturbed area has been seeded and mulched. No spills or leaks are noted on this site.
