2741030	Primary Facility	2018-06-13	Drilling/Alteration	No Violations Noted	The well has been spud. The well was spud on 6/9/2018. The operator drilled a 36" borehole to 100'. The operator has not installed the 26" conductor pipe in the borehole at the time of the inspection. A 75' deep mouse hole has been installed adjacent to the conductor pipe. The 20" diameter mouse hole is lined with 16" pipe that is capped on the bottom. A well cellar has been installed.
2756516	Primary Facility	2018-07-20	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On July 20, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX, RHL11 well pad site. Present at time of inspection was William Roupe, Dave Federick, Spencer Johnson and Mike Farrah (CNX). The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator to inspect the site prior to submitting an Notice of Termination for the ESCGP2 permit. The access road and well pad where in good condition. The Retention basin and Infiltration berms (PCSMs) at the entrance to the access road and along the access road where in good condition, functional, and well vegetated. The level spreaders (PCSMs) at the well pad for stormwater control where in good condition. The site was stable with greater than 70% uniform, perennial vegetative cover. The operator had drilling operations on going on the well pad of the seven planned Marcellus wells for the site. The well site secondary containment at the cuttings processing area had stone stacked on it to allow for equipment traff

-| On July 20, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX, RHL11 well pad site. Present at time of inspection was William Roupe, Dave Federick, Spencer Johnson and Mike Farrah (CNX).  The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co.  The inspection was related to a request by the operator to inspect the site prior to submitting an Notice of Termination for the ESCGP2 permit.

+| The well has been spud.  The well was spud on 6/9/2018.  The operator drilled a 36" borehole to 100'.  The operator has not installed the 26" conductor pipe in the borehole at the time of the inspection.
+A 75' deep mouse hole has been installed adjacent to the conductor pipe.  The 20" diameter mouse hole is lined with 16" pipe that is capped on the bottom.

+| On July 20, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX, RHL11 well pad site. Present at time of inspection was William Roupe, Dave Federick, Spencer Johnson and Mike Farrah (CNX).  The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co.  The inspection was related to a request by the operator to inspect the site prior to submitting an Notice of Termination for the ESCGP2 permit.

+The Retention basin and Infiltration berms (PCSMs) at the entrance to the access road and along the access road where in good condition, functional, and well vegetated. The level spreaders (PCSMs) at the well pad for stormwater control where in good condition.  The site was stable with greater than 70% uniform, perennial vegetative cover.
+The operator had drilling operations on going on the well pad of the seven planned Marcellus wells for the site. The well site secondary containment at the cuttings processing area had stone stacked on it to allow for equipment traff
