Well head consisted of 8¿ subsurface pipe with 2¿ stand pipe located in the center of pipe. The 2¿ pipe had a shut off valve. No production equipment was attached to well or present at the site. No signs of leakage of gas around wellhead. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues. Based on inspection, it appears that the well has been abandoned and is not producing. No well tag was present. |
