2848763 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-05 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The main accessing route entrance for this location is off of Lenhart Road, in Pleasant Township, Warren County, PA.
The operator is currently running surface casing cement for this well. All drill cuttings appear to have been directed to the side of the location. The well permit is clearly posted to a tree near the location. This lease was recently acquired by the operator. Several locations were apparently built but never drilled by the previous operator. This is one of those locations. Both, the location and the accessing road, are relatively flat. The ground is currently frozen and snow covered. Dense woody vegetation, however, can be seen poking through in most of the areas immediately to the sides of the accessing road and location. There are no evident E & S or stabilization related issues. |
