2765800 Primary Facility 2018-08-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/21/2018 at approximately 11:10, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Paxton Isaac Unit 7 Well Site located in Chartiers Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • The well on site was clearly labelled, it was not in production at the time of inspection.
  • A cooler with trash in it was found on the site which should be removed.
  • A stockpile of gravel was on site which should be removed.
  • The access road to the site was not in good condition. The erosion rills that formed should be addressed by the operator.
2773978 Primary Facility 2018-09-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Issac Paxton #7 well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road has some erosion issues and this should be addressed before it progresses. The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well head paint was fading and rust was present. no leaks or fluids around the well head. No production equipment was on the well pad. A separator/ tank pad was constructed at the entrance to the site. The separator was the only piece of equipment on that pad. The well is not in production at this time.
