Previous inspections of site found no surface indications of spills or contamination. •Samples for 946 and bacteriological analysis were obtained from the tap before the complainants holding tank before any filtration after a 10 minute flush of the system. The sample appeared clear and no smell was noted (possibly due to strong odors present in basement). •The well bore is located roughly 20 feet from the house and has a secure cap elevated 6” off of the ground at the time of inspection.
