>>The site was well vegetated with no visible erosion or other violations. >>No active unconventional wells or servicing equipment were present on site at the time of inspection, a nearby conventional well appeared to be functional and well maintained. >>The accessory pad had been fully restored to pre construction conditions, the access road to the adjacent conventional well was intact. >>Various agricultural equipment, materials, and a semi with trailer appeared to be in storage on the pad. |
