Old shot rod line well believed to be drilled to the 1st venango sand. Plugging contractor removed approximately 675ft of rods and tubing. Ran in with cement string and were only able to get to 630ft (believed to be caved in) attainable bottom approved. Cement plug set from 630ft and tagged the follow day at 425ft.

Inspection shows monument erected over the well bore with API number. No pit on site with seeding and mulching scheduled weather permitting.
