Drilling crew preparing to use magnet to fish for large nut lost down hole.  Present depth is 735 ft.  The 26 inch and 13 3/8 inch casing strings were cemented with cement displaced to surface with no issues.  The 20 inch casing did not have cement returns to surface; 5 bbls of grout were pumped with returns to surface.  A basket was set when cementing 20 inch casing.

Plan to resume drilling sometime in the evening of 2/19/14.

| This inspection was conducted in response to a report of a chemical release and smoke billowing from the pad. Upon arrival at the pad it was noted that three diesel generators were operating on the pad. The diesels periodically released black smoke when they came under load during pipe stripping operations. Smoke did not appear to be excessive at the time of inspection. The site inspection was conducted concurrently with inspections for its associated wells.

| Nabors Completion and Production Services Opened this well on 1/25/15 and began pressure testing casing and ran wire line to begin fracturing 1st stage. Currently on stage 7 of 22 stages. Note: Along with site inspection Department also observed two (2) locations on Cardox St. which runs perpendicular to PA Route 88 behind well site. First location was directly behind wire-line crane on well site. A slight diesel odor was observed at times. Second location was at top of hill behind well site. No odors were observed.

| On 8/18/2017 an RTNC inspection of the Trax Farms well site was conducted in response to a prior discussion with operator personnel about the condition of the wet pond on the site.  The following was observed:
 +
 +
>> The wet pond area was generally well vegetated at the time of inspection with a mixture of the required plant types as well as various other plants.  Two large bare patches were noted.
 +
 +
>>Chain link fence was installed around the wet pond area to prevent wildlife from grazing on plantings.
 +
 +
>>Twelve wells were observed on site at the time of inspection.
 +
 +
>>As with prior inspections a number of areas of sparse growth were noted on some of the very steep slopes around the site.

2291586 Primary Facility 2014-07-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pioneer rig 70 engaged in drilling operations on-site at time of inspection. No leaks of fluids fluids noted. Slip area adjacent to northwest area of pad is matted. No other E&S issues noted.
2293902 Primary Facility 2014-07-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Slip area adjacent to northwest area of pad has vegetative growth. No other E&S issues or dust noted. Department recommends operator ensure slip doesn't threaten to compromise integrity of the well pad. Department also recommends operator review reclamation plan and submit modification of ESCGP if necessary.
2306025 Primary Facility 2014-06-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted This inspection was conducted in response to a report of a chemical release and smoke billowing from the pad.
2306044 Primary Facility 2014-09-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site ID sign was correct. ESCGP was on-site. AST was erected on pad. No E&S issues noted. Well labels need updated. The site inspection was conducted concurrently with inspections for its associated wells. Wells on this pad target the Marcellus or Geneseo layers.
