>>In the area of the reported slide disturbed soil does not appear to be a slide, rather it appears to be animal damage related. The disturbed area was found below the sediment pond north and east of the pad, clear water was found to be leaving the sediment pond via the drain. No violation. >>Multiple small areas of animal sign and disturbed soil were found around the sediment pond. |
