| An inspection of the Fisk Hollow Pleasant Valley Pad B in Pleasant Valley Township, Potter County was conducted on March 13, 2013 in response to Well Site Restoration Reports received by the Department (for wells 2483, 2484, 2502 and 2503) . The last self-inspection conducted on behalf of PGE was on 3/12/13. The site has been re-graded and temporarily stabilized.  The site was determined to not meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization at this time.  A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was not observed.  A follow up inspection will be conducted at a later date to verify the site has been permanently stabilized.  The Well Site Restoration Reports will not be approved until that time. No violations were cited during this inspection.
