2606979 | Primary Facility | 2017-06-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 6/22/17 at 1107 hrs I conducted a routine inspection at the Sweden Valley 102 well site. It was mostly sunny and 70 degrees F. I spoke with Sean Bacha, Oil and Gas Consultant, at the beginning of my inspection.
The 3HU well was drilled in 2015 and is in production; the well was tagged. A new well permit was issued on 5/3/17 for the 4V well (105-21882). I observed the E&S controls, production equipment and other materials staged on site. The well pad fill slopes are well vegetated; grass is becoming established on the south cut slope but does not yet appear to be permanently stabilized with >70% uniform cover. The production equipment is staged in containment, which appeared to be in good condition. No staining or evidence of spills was noted on the pad surface. Several totes, a diesel fuel tank, and a 55-gallon drum of material were observed on site; all containers were staged in containment. It appeared that construction equipment and materials are being stored on the pad in association with the |
2667689 | Primary Facility | 2017-12-05 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of this inspection the well was in production. Weather was cold, rainy and cloudy. Well pad is neat and organized. The casing pressure(psi) for this well at this inspection is 1306. The tubing pressure(psi) for this well at this inspection is 960. No issues were noted at the time of this inspection. |
2694566 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of this inspection this well appeared to be in production. Valves on the production flow line leading away from this well were open. The wellhead assembly, all fittings and flow lines were tested for gas. Results of this testing was that no gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area. |
