2477381 | Primary Facility | 2016-04-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection conducted to assess general site conditions. No EXCO representatives were present during the inspection.
Vegetative cover on the site is largely grater than 70% perennial vegetation, though a few areas with less coverage were observed in the vicinity of the well pad. Most temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed, though some are present along the access road and the perimeter of the well pad. No evidence of accellerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. A large bundle of containment and two barrels are being stored on the well pad. The barrels were not in containment, and the content of the barrels is not known. These barrels should be removed or placed within containment. Title 58 Pa. C.S. § 3216 (2012 Oil and Gas Act) requires that non-production related equipment and materials be removed from a well site within 90 days of completion of drilling, unless express written approval of the landowner is given to store such items.
