| Arrived @ 14:32 accompanied by Jon Hafer (Chief Environmental Specialist), met with company man Jeff Browning who was overseeing the conductor cement job. Also onsite were staff from Halliburton and Mr Dirt.  At the time of my inspection, the Hart S Unit 2H conductor had been cemented and Halliburton was preparing to cement the Hart N Unit 1H. | Routine/Complete Inspection

| No Violations Noted

| Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 13:09; weather was ~42 °F, sunny, breezy. The E&S permit for this site is still active and expires 9/29/2020. There were some shallow puddles on the pad.

There were 4 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. Each well cellar contained water; no bubbling was observed. There were 4 GPUs and 4 produced water tanks onsite and in secondary containment. A row of temporary flowback tanks remained onsite and in secondary containment.

At the time of inspection all PCSM appeared to be installed and functioning as intended. The site was >70% vegetative cover and no E&S issues were observed. The gravel portion of the pad appeared to remain at its full size. Some compost filter sock remained onsite.

It is recommended that temporary E&S measures be removed once permanent stabilization has been achieved.

No violations noted.

Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2566813 Primary Facility 2017-03-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Chief should provide documentation that the damaged sock and ruts identified in this report have been repaired or addressed otherwise. No violations cited.
2616919 Primary Facility 2017-07-17 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived @ 14:32 accompanied by Jon Hafer (Chief Environmental Specialist), met with company man Jeff Browning who was overseeing the conductor cement job. Also onsite were staff from Halliburton and Mr Dirt. At the time of my inspection, the Hart S Unit 2H conductor had been cemented and Halliburton was preparing to cement the Hart N Unit 1H. Left location @ 15:45.
2635934 Primary Facility 2017-09-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Work over rig on location. The 1H S and 2H N well were in production phase. No leaks from production equipment. No leaks detected on pad surface from standing water and ditches.
2791581 Primary Facility 2018-10-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 13:09; weather was ~42 °F, sunny, breezy.
