| I inspected the Baker West well pad on July 20, 2017.  The access road leading in was in good condition, with no debris leaving the site onto the macadam road (Turnpike Road).  The well pad itself was solid and stable as well, with no excessive mud or ponding.  There was some ponding but it just rained heavily the previous day. The cut slope had vegetation where it was not rock.  The fill slopes were stable and solid despite recent heavy rains.  All vegetation on site was thick, lush and perennial.  There were no erosional issues observed during the inspection.
