| Falcon Rig# 18 is the active drilling rig on the location.  Laddie Pendergraft is the company man on location.  The current drilling depth is (4,740) feet.  I observed a relatively large hole in the composite mats surveying the drilling rig containment system.  Beneath the composite mats are layers of felt and a (40) mil HDPE liner.  Mr. Pendergraft said the hole will be repaired today.  The secondary containment as part of the drilling rig and associated equipment appeared to be in good condition as well as did the production equipment secondary containment.  The fluid levels in the drill cuttings containers and Keystone Landfill containers did not exceed the (2)’ freeboard requirement of Title 25, Env. Protection, Pa. code 78.56.

| At time of inspection, arrived on site at 13:20p.m., the cellar was set up with a plastic corrugated pipe around the well for inspection access and it was full of ice. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure and the valve going to the production tank was closed. There was 638psi on the production casing and 513psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.
