Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2697911 Primary Facility 2018-02-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today's inspection was conducted as a routine inspection. No E&S issues were noted. No violations noted.
2782458 Primary Facility 2018-10-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

On site for a new spud inspection. Met with Minichi driller Ralph Dewald. Minichi Contracting Group was on site to drill and run the conductor pipe in the 2H well. The drill cuttings are being put in sealed roll off containers and hauled to the Keystone landfill. There is one existing well on site, the 6H that is in production. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2822925 Primary Facility 2019-01-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Met with company man John Woodburn. SDC 45 was on site and drilling the vertical section of the well with air to the kickoff point when I arrived on site. There is one well on the pad that is in production and one new well to be drilled. The proposed TD for the well is 21,813'. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2855615 Primary Facility 2019-03-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Met with company man Brian Garrett. U S Well Services was on site to frac the 2H well. They were pulling the wire line out of the hole after running a plug and perf when I arrived on site. There were 21 stages completed out of 85. The water was be pumped to the site from the Zeffer production fluid impoundment. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
