2046790 Primary Facility 2012-03-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 1, 2012 a routine inspection of the Lingle 1102 pad was conducted. The E&S plan was reviewed and site perimeter walked. The last self-inspection was conducted by Penn E&R on 2/28/12. The E&S controls were implemented and well maintained. The fill slope of the pad has been stabilized with erosion control matting. There was no accelerated erosion observed. No violations were cited during this inspection. - MRN
