The site was last inspected by company personnel on 10/15/2015 with the following remarks recorded in the inspection log – “Pad is dry. Slopes well vegetated. Erosion channels on LHS access road. Water pooling on RHS of entrance. Water in cellars.”

| The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the Swepi LP Brewer 258 wellsite located in Jackson Township Tioga County on February 3, 2017. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 10/25/2015. The well site consists of six cellars one of which contains a plugged well. The majority of the pad area has been revegetated. E&S controls appear to be functional but snow-covered. No fluid was observed on the pad surface. No violations were noted during this inspection.  Please contact me with any questions.

2560507 Primary Facility 2017-02-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the Swepi LP Brewer 258 wellsite located in Jackson Township Tioga County on February 3, 2017. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 10/25/2015. The well site consists of six cellars one of which contains a plugged well. The majority of the pad area has been revegetated. E&S controls appear to be functional but snow-covered. No fluid was observed on the pad surface. No violations were noted during this inspection. Please contact me with any questions.
