2423924 | Primary Facility | 2015-11-05 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Preconstruction meeting for Long Run Timber Pad B. Southwestern plans to begin construction on 11/9/15. At this time, they only plan to improve approximately 6100' of existing access road and construct a new entrance onto State Route 414. The well pad will be built at a later time. Site drainage is to Custard Run and UNT to Long Run (EV, MF, NRT). TLT |
2455381 | Primary Facility | 2016-03-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection. Access road has been constructed to station 54+00. Intent is to build the road to station 61+00 and install infiltration basin #3 and then cease work until further notice. E&S controls have been installed and disturbed areas seeded and mulched. TLT |
2496925 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-27 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Partial inspection. Access road constructed to station 61+00. E&S BMPs installed and the site has been seeded and mulched. Seed has germinated and vegetation is becoming established. TLT |
2574798 | Primary Facility | 2017-03-23 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 3/23/17 at 1012 hrs I conducted a routine inspection of the TI-24 Long Run Timber B well site. It was sunny and 29 degrees F. No one was present during the inspection.
The site was idle. No additional construction has occurred since work ceased in late 2015/early 2016. The access road and associated erosion and sedimentation (E&S) controls remain in place. The site was partially snow covered. Some vegetative growth was observed on the topsoil stockpile and the infiltration berms. No evidence of erosion was noted. The 4H well permit was renewed and will expire on 10/13/17. The last routine E&S inspection was conducted on 3/22/17. No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1109 hrs. TLT |
2640584 | Primary Facility | 2017-09-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 9/27/17 at 1030 hrs I conducted an inspection of the TI-24 Long Run Timber B well site. It was sunny and 73 degrees F. No one was present during the inspection.
