2804535 Primary Facility 2018-11-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection attended a preconstruction meeting for the SWN - TI 23 Camp Woodhouse Pad located in Morris Twp, Tioga Co. on 11/15/2018 @ 1000 hours. Tom Chitwood, Mike Demming and Seth Tratthen from SWN were present onsite as well as Josh Lisowski, Lisowski Excavation. The weather was 27 degrees, overcast.

The TI 23 Camp Woodhouse project consists of an 8,504' access road and 350' x 400' well pad. The project shares an existing access road with the proposed SWN TI 24 Long Run Timber B Pad until survey station 41+00. The access road then follows the existing power line road until survey station 65+00 where is breaks away from the power lines and heads NNE culminating at the pad at survey station 85+00.

SWN is undergoing lease negotiations with the landowner at this time. SWN will contact the Department in the coming week if it intends to move forward with the construction.
