2682307 Primary Facility 2018-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I conducted a routine inspection of the SWN Production Company's T1-24-Long Run Timber B well pad located in Morris Twp., Tioga Co. on 1/11/2017 @ 1400 hours. The weather was 53 degrees and partly cloudy. Present onsite for the inspection were Tracy Gregory, SWN Enginerring Regulatory Analyst; Tom Chitwood Jr., SWN Construction Foreman and Seth Tratthen, SWN Sr Regulatory Analyst.

Construction of the T1-24-Long Run Timber B Well Pad (ESG29-117-15-0018) was suspended in late 2015/early 2016 due to financial reasons. Approximately 6100' of the access road has been constructed. E&S BMPs are in place. The road appears stabilized. The original 4H well permit was renewed 10/13/2016 and expired 10/13/2017. The 6H permit expired 8/11/2016. Applications for 3 new well permits the 5H, 6H and 7H, were submitted fall of 2017, and are "active" in the system but no issuance date is listed. SWN plans to resume construction of the site this year.
