Winds WSW @9 mph, 53% humidity.
The current ESCGP-2 authorizes the expansion of the existing well pad by adding a 41,241 ft² section to the west, northwest, and south west side of the pad as well as the addition of a 200'x 200' tank pad. The well pad was previously in interim restoration with 4 wells observed drilled, 3 of which appear to be in production. As of today's inspection contractor JL watts is in the process of expanding the pad. Temporary erosion and sediment control's appear to be installed as specified in the plan drawings. The weather was 72 degrees and cloudy, winds N @11mph, 94% humidity. Present for the inspection was myself and Korey Starkey, DEP Env Trainee.
The access road, well pad, and E&S controls were observed. The current ESCGP-2 authorized the expansion of the existing well pad by adding a 41,241 ft² section to the west, northwest, and south west side of the pad as well as the addition of a 200'x 200' tank pad. The well pad was previously in interim restoration with 4 wells observed drilled, 3 of which appear to be in production. 4 new well cellars were observed on the pad surface. An infiltration basin was observed below the north side of the well pad. Temporary BMPs were observed in the form of CFS below the newly constructed pony pad and below the pad expansion area.
