At the end of the job when the plug bumped the casing jumped out of the slips and then settled back to its original position. When the cement company released the pressure to check the floats it was determined that either the casing had parted or the floats were not holding. They then closed in the casing and held 193 psi on the casing. They intend on running a bond log at approximately 7pm. They are waiting approximately 12 hours from plug bump to ensure cement integrity. Reviewed the cement job log and no discrepancies were noted at time of inspection. Performed a walk around inspection of location. No violations noted at time of inspection. |

Several puddles on the pad to the south of the AST had a conductivity of between 1.1 and 1.6 mS/cm. Three GPUs are present n site, are labeled, and appear to be in good condition. Two steel double-walled produced water tanks are present, labeled, and appear to be in good condition.
