Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1857560 Primary Facility 2009-01-21 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted The Department conducted an investigation in response to a spud report that was sent in. Upon inspection of the E&S controls the Department noticed dark green staining of the snow that was left on site. After closer inspection of the unknown discharge, the Department spoke with two people on site to ask if they knew what had happened. The drilling company stated that the night crew had blown a hydraulic line and they didn¿t know that it had reached the controls. I immediately telephoned Mark Hopkins and Mike Cioffi and let him know of the discharge. (CONT.)
