| Inspection performed as a follow-up to inspection ID 2509272 dated 8/9/16. Department met with Operator on site to address structural integrity concerns of the brine tanks. Operator stated that all production fluids will be plumbed into tank 5H that is structurally sound and the tank will be repainted. Tank 5H will be the primary tank for production fluid collection. Other three tanks that are structurally compromised due to rusting will be drained of any remaining fluids and remain plumbed.
