On 03/04/16 at approximately 1000 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Knight Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site.
 +
 +
The site overall was stable. The well heads appeared to be in good condition. The slopes between the AST pad and well pad exhibited locations of poorly vegetated or bare soils (see photograph). It is recommended that this be addressed.

| The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The production equipment appeared to be in good condition. Overall the site vegetation was good, but the location of the restored road to what was the AST pad is not yet a uniform 70%. It is recommended the location receive some additional seeding to increase vegetative cover. There were no signs of erosion observed. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
