Minimal erosion controls implemented and neccesary due to the flat nature of the site and surrounding area. Access road was in good shape and was topped with durable rock.
1911761 Primary Facility 2010-09-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site inspection was conducted just after drilling. Water level in drill pit and fresh water pit meets the 2¿ freeboard requirements but should be monitored closely based on the slope where the pits are located. Downslope side is close to the minimum freeboard. Drill cuttings/dust were noted on liner. Perimeter E&S BMP¿s in place and functioning adequately. Access road is maintained adequately with no runoff noted.
