I had called because casing had been cut off quite deep and permit number was not on cap. A steel I-beam was welded on to extend to about 3' below the surface of the restored grade. A plate w/ well # and name was welded on top ( see Photos) They will now move ahead w/ site restoration.

2653022 Primary Facility 2017-10-26 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine Inspection of a plugged gas well. The well was never completed and plugged. The plugged well is now cut, capped, and buried below grade. I walked the field where the pad used to be, and checked above well location. No obvious issues were observed. No combustible gas detected.
