| At the time of the inspection, the well was in production and the compressor engine was onsite.  The pad size has been reduced to allow for the wellhead, production equipment, production tanks, and compressor engine.  The remaining pad area was returned to approximate original contours and is permanently stabilized (>70% perennial vegetative cover).  The Well Site Restoration Report was submitted prior to the inspection and the site meets the restoration requirements.  No Violations Noted.

I entered the site at 10:57. The Well Site Restoration Report was approved on 4/29/2015.  At the time of the inspection, the Delciotto 2 well (081-20130) was in production. The well, production tank/containment, production equipment, dehydration unit, and compressor were all functioning and appeared to be in good condition.  No E&S issues were noted on the site.  Overall, the site is in good condition and is in compliance with the restoration requirements.  I left the site at 11:25. No Violations Noted.

I entered the site at 10:57. The Well Site Restoration Report was approved on 4/29/2015. At the time of the inspection, the Delciotto 2 well (081-20130) was in production. The well, production tank/containment, production equipment, dehydration unit, and compressor were all functioning and appeared to be in good condition. No E&S issues were noted on the site. Overall, the site is in good condition and is in compliance with the restoration requirements. I left the site at 11:25. No Violations Noted.
