| On 1/4/16, I performed a routine partial inspection of the Bakerstown Road Pad in response to an operator request for review of redline changes and made the following observations:
 +
•The operator requested a redline change involving a temporary waterline crossing the site access road.  The request was approved.
 +
•Site equipment appeared in good condition.  Snow cover prevented inspection of surface features in most areas.
