The Operator indicated that drilling will commence once all well permits are approved.The Department notes that from the beginning of the access road on Bunola River Road back to location 24+75 is covered by a permit issued the Allegheny County Conservation District, also located on site. See photo of Meadow Road Upgrade. All temporary perimeter E&S BMPs installed as outline in the ESCGP and appear to be functioning. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation related the earth disturbance activity on site. |
