2818052 Primary Facility 2018-12-20 Compliance Evaluation Pending This well is very heavily and completely wrapped with insulation and duct tape as it is turned on for production and provides consumer house gas. The well and house line connection were also covered with tarps. I was able to remove the tarps to note that the well valves are turned on to the house line and there was no gas leaking and I then replaced the tarps over the equipment. But I was not able to inspect the well head casing and piping for either the well tag or casing condition without completely unwrapping the insulation and as I do not carry insulation or duct tape with me to rewrap the well, I left it intact. There was no gas leaking from the well head or from the horizontal above ground well drip. The farmer who walked back across the fields to show me this well said it is not known who presently owns this well or even which house the consumer gas line runs to. He said the well has changed ownership several times over the years.

Note: I am not coding this well as in continuing or outstanding violat
