Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1814972 Primary Facility 2009-07-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 03/19/05. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed on the access road or well-site. Well-site was located in a pasture field. Vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
1814975 Primary Facility 2009-07-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well-staked, site constructed at the time of the inspection. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation noted in relation to the access road. The erosion control measures implemented appeared to be functioning properly in minimizing accelerated erosion & sedimentation. The operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation, and to maintain or replace the filter fabric fence and/or hay bales until the well-site is restored. In addition the operator should insure that a site ID sign is placed where the access road begins off of the state road.
