Below grade pit had more than the two feet of required freeboard. Met onsite with David Miller of BLX, Inc. and David Bittinger of Bittinger drilling and discussed the possibility of solidifcation of the drill cuttings. Informed them that Mr. Mike Morgart, Hydrogeologist would review and approve the alternative waste management practice of solidification and that a copy of the forms to be filled out would be faxed to Mr. Bittinger.
