| Drilling was about to commence at the time of the inspection.  Below grade pit located onsite.  Pit was relatively empty.  Pit liner appeared to be intact and no deficiencies (i.e. holes, tears, bad seams) were observed.  E&S control measures had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan.  A collection ditch implemented on the side closest to the cut slope should be extended and stabilized so as to direct the runoff past the silt fencing to the well vegetated area.  Spoke with operator representatives Doug Miller and Todd Kunselman regarding this minor issue.

1897362 Primary Facility 2010-07-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was about to commence at the time of the inspection.
