| Site is prepared.  Drilling has not started.  Site ID sign and E&S plan located.  Pit appears to be in sound condition.  There is no evidence of accelerated erosion and sedimentation on the well site.  The operator should continue to monitor the access road for erosion and sedimentation until the site has been restored.

Inspection performed because an anonymous complainant was concerned about the proximity of the pad to a nearby wetland.  Using Soil Survey information and a visual inspection, it appears that the wetland area is ~300 ft. away.  Therefore, the site is in compliance and there is no need for a waiver.

| Drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection.  Site had been constructed some time ago as the fill slope had naturally revegetated.  Drill pit located onsite and it contained what appeared to be rainwater accumulation.  The pit had more than the required two feet of freeboard and numerous frogs were observed inhabiting the pit.  The site had been constructed and the E&S controls had been implanted as the E&S plan located onsite outlined.
