| Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production.  Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition.  Site had been regraded, however it had not as of yet been temporarily stabilized as required under 25 Pa Code 102.22(b).  In addition a collection ditch on the backside of the well pad had been constructed.  This ditch should be stabilized with clean durable rock down to the bottom of the fill slope due to the steepness of both the slope above and below the well and the subsequent velocity of the runoff to be carried by this ditch.

Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, however it had not as of yet been temporarily stabilized as required under 25 Pa Code 102.22(b). In addition a collection ditch on the backside of the well pad had been constructed. This ditch should be stabilized with clean durable rock down to the bottom of the fill slope due to the steepness of both the slope above and below the well and the subsequent velocity of the runoff to be carried by this ditch.
