| Site inspection performed as a follow-up to operator notification of a small spill of drilling mud alongside the access road.  The spill occurred while moving equipment off-site on 11/28/12 at 11AM and XTO reported the spill on 11/28/12 shortly after 11AM.  Spill was immediately cleaned up and no evidence was observed to indicate that further action was neccesary on the part of XTO to address the spill.  Site and access road E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the ESCGP.  There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
 
| Site inspection performed as a follow-up to operator notification of a small spill of drilling mud alongside the access road.  The spill occurred while moving equipment off-site on 11/28/12 at 11AM and XTO reported the spill on 11/28/12 shortly after 11AM.  Spill was immediately cleaned up and no evidence was observed to indicate that further action was neccesary on the part of XTO to address the spill.  Site and access road E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the ESCGP.  There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.

At the time of inspection the well pad and access road had been surveyed but no earth movement had been conducted. After reviewing the plan the Department and Operator discussed the precaution regarding the HQ watershed and stream. The Department suggests all ABACT perimeter controls are installed prior to earth disturbance and the Operator monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the site stability in maintained.
