| On 1/17/19 at 0834 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Snyder Brothers, Inc.'s W H Kuhns Hers 6M-143 well (API 005-31122) in Boggs Twp., Armstrong Co.  The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized.  The well is equipped for production.  A site ID sign is present at the entrance to the well pad.  A well tag is affixed to the well head. An Emergency Response Plan is located onsite.  There are no violations noted for this inspection.
