2706385 Primary Facility 2018-03-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. No violations cited.
2779864 Primary Facility 2018-09-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of the Repsol Oil & Gas VanBlarcom (03-004) R well pad in Columbia Twp, Bradford County on 9/25/2018 at 1115 hours. The weather was raining, 59 degrees, and 87% humidity.

The inspection was conducted in response to a Well-Site Restoration Report received by the DEP for API #015-20441. The site appears to be very well vegetated and stabilized. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed and no erosional issues were noted. All PCSM BMPs were in place and appeared to be functioning properly.

This well-site restoration reported is accepted at this time. Due to the site meeting stabilization requirements, I would also recommend terminating this site's ESCGP.

No violations noted. I departed the site at 1150.
