The inspection was conducted in response to a well site restoration report received by the DEP for API #015-21907. All PCSM BMPs appear to be in place and functioning properly. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed and the site appears to be stabilized. No erosional issues were noted. This Well-Site Restoration Report is considered accepted by the DEP. Due to all site restoration requirements being met, I would also recommend this site for termination of its ESCGP upon submission. No violations noted. I departed the site at 1110. |
