| On March 15, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, Gypsy Hill - Eastbrook (5-Pad) location in Orwell Township, Bradford County.  Andrew Hobbins represented the Department.  Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review.  The last inspection SWN conducted occurred on 3/13/2018.  The site was snow covered so an accurate assessment of site stabilization could not be made.  The well pad has not been reduced in size and PCSM has not been addressed at the site.
