| At the time of inspection, well is shut in.  Well integrity appeared to be in good condition.  Met with Ed Vogel Jr. to check pressures.  The pressure on the inside of the tubing was 0 psi.  The next string out, which looked to be 3 1/2"-4 1/2" had a lot of gas.  Then the string outside of that had just as much pressure, this was 7".  The well record states the well has 5 1/2", 7", and 8".  The operator wishes to fix the well and produce and was going to contact some people to try and do so.
