2831428 Primary Facility 2019-01-23 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Recieved spud notification for January 23rd 2019. Operations currently shut down with lighting energy (contractor) onsite. Waiting on approval from operator to start, anticipating drilling a 30" hole and setting approximately 40' of 24" conductor pipe. 10' diameter by 8' deep cellars have already been constructed and set. 4 enclosed roll off containers are onsite.

On January 24th operator deleted spud notification for well API # 37-019-22799

2855339 Primary Facility 2019-03-19 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Lightning Energy Services was onsite drilling mouse holes. This well was spud and 24" conductor pipe was set to around 40'. The cellar has been set. Cuttings were being placed in roll off tanks. The Emergency Response sign and permit postings were properly placed at the site entrance. Surrounding areas where earth works had occurred have been seeded and mulched.
