2767420 Primary Facility 2018-08-22 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was shut in. The pipeline is still being bored under the Allegheny River. There was also quite a bit of activity on the well pad. The well integrity was in good condition. The Emergency Response sign and permit signs were posted at the entrance to the site. Christmas tree was installed on the wellhead and a steel grate was covering the cellar. There were 2 line heater/separator units set up onsite and contained within a lined, steel dike were 4 tanks.
