Brine tank was located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. 1) Noted that the site had been regraded, however it had not been vegetated to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria, nor had it been stabilized with some other BMP. 2) Noted that the filter fabric fence had fallen down and in some places topped over by sediment moving off the site. 3) Noted accelerated erosion & sedimentation on the access road resulting in sediment laden runoff flowing out onto S.R. 1037.
