| The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol's Ziegler E (03-001) well site in Columbia Twp, Bradford County on 10/22/2018 at 1300 hours. The weather was cloudy, 42 degrees, and 64% humidity.

The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. This site currently has 3 active, 1 inactive and 4 plugged wells. The site is stabilized and very well vegetated. All PCSM controls are in place and appear to be functioning properly. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP. All fluids onsite were field measured within normal conductivity ranges.

2792742 Primary Facility 2018-10-22 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol's Ziegler E (03-001) well site in Columbia Twp, Bradford County on 10/22/2018 at 1300 hours. The weather was cloudy, 42 degrees, and 64% humidity.

The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. This site currently has 3 active, 1 inactive and 4 plugged wells. The site is stabilized and very well vegetated. All PCSM controls are in place and appear to be functioning properly. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP. All fluids onsite were field measured within normal conductivity ranges.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1330.
