2646878 Primary Facility 2017-10-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well appears it has produced within the past year. Well is hooked up with rod lines that go to a pump house. Rods have sheen. Well integrity appears to be in good condition, with no signs of leaks or spills at the site. Only a very small amount of oil on ground caused from pumping the well. Well is hooked up to a small, plastic barrel and from there goes into pipeline towards larger tanks. Production has never been reported to Department.
