| -met on-site with Billy Graham, Pipeline superintendent for Exco resources. He proposed increasing the disturbance on the NW corner of the pad by an area approximately 25' W X 100'L.

-after reviewing the ESCGP-1, PNDI search and site, it appears that the small area was already included within the limits of disturbance.

-Mr. Graham wrote in the additional BMPs that would be required and we both initialed the site plan.
